Back in my day we didn't do a CFA as part of applying. We only did the Navy Physical Readiness Test twice a year at school. This was only push ups, curl ups and the run. The 7:50 is definitely good, I can't speak for the rest.

Everything about when to send scores I have no idea. Like I said, we didn't do that back then. My entire application was either hand written or typed on a manual typewriter and we only used snail mail because that's all there was to give it some context.
