When you log in, it says Candidate Data Personal Record. Underneath, it used to say submitted and when the LOA appeared, it said Your Decision is Ready. Click on that. To the left of the checklist, click a button that says View Decision. The letter will appear. That showed up for him on Nov 20th and then he got a letter in the mail on the 26th or 27th.
