    Hey! I actually did not get a congressional nomination since the nominating sources have a policy where they do not “double-nominate” (I’m pretty sure you’re familiar with that). I got a senatorial nomination from Senator Mark Warner instead, and I have a Presidential Nomination. If you want to ask me questions, just PM or post here! Good luck!

    What is the best way to let WP know about the completed volunteer hours? My kid has done 300 hours and he never let WP know....just found this out today.....

    After a certain threshold the service academy don't really care as much about the amount (I had over 500+ volunteer hours). However, I included in the explanation box that I received the Presidential Gold and Bronze Volunteer Awards which are contingent to my hours. If you believe that it is significant to your son/daughter's application, I suggest that you contact his WP Admissions Counselor. Good luck!
