Hoping to find info on:

1. What legally constitutes an "Educational Expense" at USMA?
2. Any document or policy outlining specifics on financial recoupment for Cadets separated from USMA, post-Affirmation?
3. If anyone else has been involved in disputing the amount of their debt after being separated, what was the process like, timeline, outcome?
