  • Also, my friend's brother tried the cfa (not official), and he got 8 pull-ups, 55 ft basketball throw, 9 sec shuttle run, 52 push ups, 68 curl ups and 7:50 mile. Are these scores good (he is very strong academically, but not so much physically.)?
Also, should you send CFA scores before or after applying for a nomination? THX

I do think there is not a lot of benefit to trying to finesse things like when to send scores. The numbers will pretty much speak for themselves regardless of when they were sent in.

The 7:50 is good??? I told him to improve! (USAFA says that you should aim for 6:30). Also, where can I post this CFA info?

My bad, I was thinking 1 1/2 miles. Yes, I would try and better that.
This may be a bad question, but are deck degrees or engine majors easier? Even if you can't give me a direct answer, please try to weigh the harder and easier parts of each major (particularly Logistics and Transportation. How are they different & which one’s harder?) This is for my friend's brother. Thx.

Also, what is the average salary of KP deckie? BLS said that Marine Engineers earn nearly $93000, but what about deck guys?

I don't think there is any measurable difference.
