DS received the NROTC National Scholarship and I know he will get reimbursed for the uniform fee. He is attending Norwich which is a Corps of Cadet SMA. Will he be refunded the full costs of the uniform fee (roughly $2300) or just the portion of Navy uniforms he receives? TIA

They will only reimburse airline travel and not POV travel since airline is cheaper

DS was just told from personnel at NETC that because he is attending Norwich, he does not have to attend NSI.

From what I understand, the NROTC scholarship covers tuition and campus fees. If the deposit will go towards tuition, it should be reimbursed by the school.
