DD found herself in a similar situation. 16 years old with an Associate degree and ineligible for NROTC. The scholarship is only available to college freshmen who have not completed more than 30 college credit hours (AP course credits, etc. do not count towards the 30).

Very similar experience for DD with USNA. "Source: Florida Senator 2 2022-11-17"" popped up in her Nomination section of USNA portal. She found out that is Senator Marco Rubio. No further email, call, or snail mail has been received. Congratulations to both tremendous nominees!

DD found a Nomination in her USNA Portal on 11/17 after 10/22 Nomination Board Interview. After follow-up she found that Senator Rubio snail mailed the notice, which has not come yet.
