did you receive a 3q letter?

what does the 3q letter mean though? i just receive it today. is it a good sign or does it mean anything?

i been seeing a lot of talk about the 3Q letter that people got in their portals. i havent gotten that. but i do have all green check marks and i definitely passed medically and the CFA.

still waiting on an appointment. as mentioned before, i havent heard anything back except for that my file is working through the system.. so no real update. finished my file a long time ago at around mid jan. im thinking of contacting my rc again to get more detail on the possibility of me...

i contacted my rc and he told me that my file is going through the system and didnt really give me any more detail than that. its already march 23th so im getting worried that this is a bad sign

i havent heard back from usma yet nor even gotten the message from them saying that they are reviewing my file or that my files is qualified. i do have all green checkmarks on my portal, and i have a congressional nomination. im not sure if i should contact someone to check on my status. also...
