I just received mine via email today! My scholarship was transferred to The Citadel :D

I called one of the Battalion OICs and he instructed me that since I had a 3 year AD Scholarship, I could switch majors before contracting.

I just received a letter in the mail about my DODMERB and my updated status, but I haven't received anything else (such as an email or letter of offer in the mail). Is this a troubling sign? Also, I would like to transfer my scholarship... how would I need to go about doing this?

I would personally recommend waiting on the scholarship. I was considering enlisting in the guard but then I received my offer :D
