I apologize for this dumb question but, what exactly is a 7th semester transcript? I received a letter telling me to send my 7th semester transcript a bit ago but they have my 8 high school semesters and my 2 college semesters.

Are any of you from the Central Valley area? Anywhere from Sacramento to Bakersfield?

Perhaps she, or her child, or whoever she spoke of had a different experience than myself. I can only speak from my knowledge and experience. That said, this did not happen for me. You can still enroll and participate in an ROTC program, it just won't be on scholarship.

It was, in fact, last year. Class of 2013. There was no mention of an ROTC scholarship. That is a different application. The only thing mentioned about ROTC was that it was another commissioning source that i could pursue. At that point though, the ROTC scholarships were already handed out...

I've been through the process once before and was rejected. They did in fact send me a letter telling me that I would not be appointment. I believe I received in late April. Hope this helps.
