I received my appointment in the mail on 6 Feb. First got my envelopes two weeks ago and I was told last Thursday that I should have my orders in 3-5 business days. This is day #5 so who knows. It's a painful process. Are you active? If you are are you on assignment?

AR 670-1 is the Army's uniform regulation. Most people just wear black watches in the Regular Army but by the regulation a conservative Army Green watch is allowed. As for West Point's policy, I do not know but I doubt they would stray from Army doctrine.
