I had improved my PCSM score by 5 points after my TBAS retake, but I retook the AFOQT and raised my Pilot score from a 70 to a 98, which bumped my PCSM up by over 20 points.
Last year's ENJJPT averages were around 3.3/20 for FT and same for RSS, so I can only assume they're a little worse than that. Maybe 7 or 8/20 for both.

Also, anyone have any information on the physical requirements for a rated position? (vision req, etc) I'm putting together a presentation for interested GMC at my Det so they can have easy access to this info and don't have to spend hours online looking for it like most of us all do. Thanks!
According to those threads, the board will convene on 6 Feb, and then the results will be distributed through WINGS on the 17 Feb. While the AFPC site says that the board will meet 1 Feb. http://access.afpc.af.mil/pcsmdmz/boarddates.html
