This is exactly what our son did. Little trips to the trunk room, then after last TEE he was out. A couple times his sponsor would take him to Garrison and he would train down to the airport. Its pretty easy to do, and they get good at navigating the trains and such.

If they are on a Spirit Pass for the game, they wear their uniform and stand with the other cadets. This is what my son did his Plebe year for the Army/Air Force game in Colorado.
