if you don't have the required stats academically it does not matter how great of an athlete you are, West Point is in the business of training officers for the army not athletes. If you are on the fence they may send you to USMAPS

I don't think you can stay over Christmas break or for your summer break when your not training, but rest assured there are plenty of West Point parents who would be willing to take you into their home if you did not have the means or time to get home.

I'm sorry but as I said, my son has gotten 4 tattoo's since being at west point, and almost every friend and class mate that he has there has also gotten more than one. in the next few years there will be a lot of officer's in the army with tattoo's.
