Well I was speaking roughly. My main point is that I believe most of us are competing in the national pool at this point.

If all candidates must be notified (decision or WL in hand) by April 15th they must have decisions by the end of the week. Mailing will take at least a few days. That makes me believe all slates are decided and most of us are competing in the national pool now.
