I am sure no one has recieved a qns letter and then got the call in, but I am curious. Does anyone know of any for 2016?

So, I guess, if you got the QNS lettter already, its over? It seems a lot of people didn't get the QNS letter as of yet and out of those people there will be some getting the QNS letter (who will have a shot if someone don't accept) which means for those who got the QNS letter a while ago...

my ds had 720 + m, 700+ r, 700+ w, 4.2+ weighted gpa (many AP classes), top 10% in a VERY tough school (I know in many schools, this would be top 3% range), good leadership and awards, 4 years sports, passed physical with flying colors...etc. was told no issues what so ever but didn't win the...

thank you all for responding...that makes a lot of sense...its a bit concerning tough if you are an Asian and on the NWL...your chances are really diminished with others even tough you are more qualified. all we can do is pray. thanks again and good luck to all!

Does anyone know why Asians are not consider a minority group by WP? thx

If this is the case, how does it look for Asians with high GPA, SAT, Leadership...etc. Are they NOT consider a minority group to fit into the "target " numbers? It seems the asains are so competitive that they are knocking themsleves off the competition in many cases. It seems this is true...

thanks for that...I am hearing that there still will be about 1700 on NWL but only top 200 about will be getting in from NWL this year. Can anyone else confirm this? Thanks.

Hi thank you for responding, I am a bit confused to hear only 100 got in. I thought the MOC is 550 and service related is 350, that leaves about 350 that came from the NWL last year...no? Please let me know where you got this info so I can investigate. Do you know if all of them had LOA...

Hi, do we still figure that about 1700 will be on nwl and now ONLY about 250 will be appointed off this list? Does anyone know how to find out how many on the 1700 has a LOA? I guess if you don't have one, you are in a worse situation.
