Yes, getting a waiver is a sign that they think that you will be worth the risk of the disqualified condition as a cadet and a future US Army officer. Also, for what its worth, my Admissions officer told me that a wave of offers were mailed out last Thursday. I received my BFE today.

Why is the acceptance rate at The Citadel 77% and the acceptance rate at VMI 44%. Is VMI just a more selective school? It seems to me that this suggests that VMI is the academically stronger school (with SAT's, GPA, class rank). Does anybody have any insight?
