What would be my Date of Initial Entry into Military Service if I joined Marine PLC my freshman year of college. I'm asking because I'm trying to find a way that I can join the Marines and have the option of either the new retirement plan or the old one down the road.

What do the Midn/CPOs do at USNA at all levels (Brigade, Regiment, Battalion, and Company)?

How is life different for someone who is in the VTCC and the Reserves (specifically, the Marine Corps Reserves)? Are they put into separate units? Are they treated the same as New Cadets? Any and all answers are much appreciated.

I mean I've spent a few years in a nice barracks at a military school, and I could give you three good reasons.

We send a lot of kids to UVA and William and Mary. We do place more kids than average since we're military and boarding. But yes, I am pretty worried about my class rank. Do you think I have a shot at NAPS or Foundation if I don't get accepted?

What is Bancroft Hall like? What are the rooms like? Do firsties live with less roommates than plebes, or do they get some other kind of barracks privileges (personal bathroom, etc.)?
