I heard one person received LOA at NASS last year. DS finished his application in September. Received LOA on the first week of November. Had a MOC interview on the second week of November. Received his nomination on the third week of November. Received his appointment few days later.

Agree with all the above. One president or officer's position in a club is better than 10 club members. At MOC interview, they'll ask you what you do at the club. Try to take both ACT and SAT. you might find one is easier than the other. Good luck!

DS finished his application, BGO interview by the end of September last year. Cleared DoDMERB in October. Received LOA first week of November, one week later, had MOC interview. They knew his LOA. Remember LOA is not your goal, an appointment is.
