AAS membership does NOT increase your odds of getting an EA (they didn't tell you it would, did they? That's a major problem if they did). SAT/ACT score used to be what went up to the boards for EAs, but now I think it HAS to be AFOQT results. Your numbers are solid, definitely try to get...

My nerves have been calmed a lot since I pulled a Type II scholarship in December (and my stats only improved since then). I'm confident, but not comfortable. Here's to a high selection rate like last year. I really want to see all my buddies in the wing go with me.

Yeah I didn't wanna be so absolute about it though..but yeah if your credentials are good enough to receive an EA then OTS, the only option left, would be nigh impossible.

Things are about to get rough...do ya'll think they'll be another major officer-cut like what happened in the 90s? (I forgot what it was specifically called...just that a lotta young LT's and captains got handed pink slips)

So this 2100 cadets going up for EAs is concrete? I've heard a million and one different things and our cadre keeps mum on this type of thing.
