My commander told us that max-6 being cancelled meant that those 280 will be spread out amongst max 1-5 and the amount of EA's is not decreased.

This is only my second semester in ROTC so I haven't held any leadership positions outside of FTP. My class has about 35 people in it and I have a better gpa than many and a better pfa than most. My detachment said about 50% of those trying would get EA's.

Not sure what you mean by weighted and unweighted. I think you misunderstand, I'm a sophomore in college. I'm looking for an EA, not a scholarship.
