    By campus scholarship do you mean an "in-school" scholarship? And would an ROO be any of the officers in the local ROTC program? The university I am interested is a cross-town college to the local AROTC program.

    Ok that helps. I got my DoDMERB packet 2 weeks ago and completed it last week. Its odd they would send that out while they are finishing up the selection process. I have recieved no word on anything. not good.

    A little off topic but I have not received any offers or letters of rejection from CC but recently had to complete the DoDMERB. Does this mean I am being considered for a scholarship or just following procedure?
