Many people experienced with the process said that the bulk of appointments comes out mid-March, and by comparing this year to years past, it is believed that the bulk will come out March 20th. This is not a guarantee, however. The admissions page on Facebook said all appointees will be notified...

Really? I could definitely be wrong, but I read somewhere that nearly half of the appointments were given out for EA.
