Does anyone know the specific changes to USAFA cadets entering Fall of 2024? Due to Pentagon report, hazing etc. I heard civilian clothes after 5pm, changes in class names, etc. I can’t find any details online.

It's been 3 weeks, since the interview. BGO(civilian) says she's been very busy. Is this the norm to wait for eval to be written?

After sending your Presidential nom forms to USNA, does it show up on your portal received? USAFA took 4 days to show up on their portal. No notice on USNA for a month and a half. Also, Is it normal for BGO interview not to show complete on Navy portal over 2 weeks?

Air Force family here, DS' first choice USAFA, but he is being recruited for a team at Navy with an official visit next month. Chances for pilot slot different? Ops tempo different in Navy for pilots? Change my mind?:/ From the desert, so his swimming skills are lacking- haha

Anyone experience a very quick exam? DS was out in literally 5 minutes—just vitals, listening to chest, hearing test, with no shoe and no shirt removal. Doc just checked off things on form that wasn't even performed. Dr. said he's very healthy and good luck, bye:)

Where should a high school senior explain their Gap year taken their sophomore year during covid? In the 3rd "optional" essay, or somewhere else?? His transcript will show 5 yrs of high school. (his age was young for his class and decided not to waste private school tuition on covid online...

4 years ago a candidate was interviewed/evaluated by their ALO. Now the instructions on kit say the ALO will NOT interview and only an "Evaluator" will be assigned a "virtual" interview from anywhere in the country. Really? Virtual interviews?!

Where might we find the point values given for AFA applications? Any charts showing how many points for Boys/Girls State, CAP, PPL, interview, etc?
