whats the rule on having pell grants or loans at the Naval Academy or NAPS to cover all the extra fees and what not that we have to come out of pocket for? is that legal??
just curious if anyone else has been accepted for NAPS class of 2013, would like to see the kind of people im going to be around come July!! I'm enlisted stationed in Norfolk, VA currently
