I agree 100% my second choice of college is VMI. I'm also considering schools that have ROTC programs. Well I have joint residency in NY and NJ, guess I have to use all of my options. Isn't there a national waiting list for nominations as well? Or is that just for admission to the academy itself?

Also obtaining a nomination might be a challenge considering my county is one of the most competitive in the tri-state area.

My school is very competitive when it comes to class rank our #1 in class had a 104.3 average last year, #2 was not far behind.
