Why would you think Industrial Engineering is not a "true" engineering major? Is it not in the School of Engineering at your intended college?
NROTC lists IE as a Tier 2 major, ME isTier 1. IE has less physics and deals with business related topics (like Supply Chain)

Is there a particular thing NROTC Command looks for in the colleges we list that could help me on my selection? Like in-state, small school vs big school, etc? Thank you.
