It seems as though Air Force moves slowly when it comes to waivers. Both USMA and Navy gave me a waiver for a surgery last winter quickly but Air Force has been pending for about two months.

I received the same letter last month. Based on information from previous threads, I believe it is an LOE. The language is very vague compared to the LOA from Navy so it is a bit confusing. Congratulations!
