Sailor94, the April Open House was cancelled this year. They are still offering tours and overnight visits if you call the admissions office.

There are status changes daily, including today. I think it is too early to give up. Be prepared with your backup plan but don't give up yet. Wishing you the best.

If you go to the front page of the forum, there is a DoDMERB Duscussion. Only one question asked so far but it was answered right away.

March 1 The deadline for applications is Friday. A lot of people sitting in limbo will get answers soon. Hang in there!

Small representative group to get them through Indoc and the first trimester. That's all. :thumb: And they are being directed on the FB page to their respective Parent Associations. Lots of voices there to reinforce and support, as well. Makes sense to me.

Sorry Thought the page was just staying small until after Parents Weekend and the 2017 parents had the opportunity to meet each other and bond? They didn't want to overwhelm the new parents with the chatter of the "older" parents. They are trying to avoid the drowning out of the new parents...

Lots of resources available to the 2017 parents on the FB page and a great place to ask questions without getting flamed. If the 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 parents on there don't know the answer they reach out and find it for the 2017 parents. The FB page and the forum have great info and work...
