What are my chances for ROTC scholarship?
Hello, I have been considering the ROTC program recently, and feel like i will fit in well. I am a junior in HS, (Will be a senior 2013-2014). I wanted to know what you guys thought my chances were to get into one of the ROTC programs? I am leaning towards Navy but havent made my mind up yet...
