The LOA my DS received last year was sent out the first week of November. Due to the 14 days the academy was shut down, I think it would be reasonable to think the admissions process might be pushed back a bit.

Yes, the academy does offer them. My son received one last fall stating that a spot was reserved for him provided he continued in his academic excellence and received a nomination. He is currently a plebe 2017. BTW - he was not a recruited athlete.
