I took the form to my son's pediatrician and they made sure he had all of the required shots and they filled in the dates on certain things. Another parent recommended that we do the shots BEFORE I-day so that the Plebe has one less thing to adjust to during the strenuous physical activities.

I agree with the previous responders...validations are possible but the course work associated with the more advanced class is challenging.
