You definitely don't need between that to be competitive. blahblah, whole person concept, based on interview, grades, CFA, all that stuff. Admissions looks at your whole profile and makes a decision. If you have a 3.3, they won't automatically throw your file out.

Everyone gets the little "You're a candidate" card, but since you have a LOA and nomination, you're set and your appointment should get there sometime. You'll have to fill out a ton of paperwork saying that you want to go and all that. Congrats.

I was thinking about doing something like that if there wasn't an official club. I have a macbook pro with final cut pro, so I have the equipment for it :P

I don't know if you get DQ'ed for having bad vision, just being worse than 20/400 means that you cant be Pilot Qualified (I think, not sure though.) I didn't need a waiver so maybe someone who got one can explain the process a little better.

Does the AFA have a TV/Video Production class or club? I can't find any information on it anywhere, and I would be really interested. I would love to continue doing stuff with media. I know that there are the little groups that make their own videos for youtube, I just want to know if there is...
