I don't think many people DoNT hot hero ugh the process. I think 95% of people try every means possible to get a nomination sometimes it just doesn't work out

The rules on scholarships lie with the givers not the institutions

They can mail it into her cadet acct after the summer and just have the check have her cadet number on it
