I'm currently working my way up on the push ups and pull ups. I can do about 400 in a couple hours. Also I can already go about 30m underwater, but yeah I'll continue to get better. Thanks.
Thanks, I'll focus more on running and swimming. I am already on my high school swim team and I'm pretty decent so that shouldn't be a problem. So mainly running and getting mentally tougher. Cool.
I'm 15 years old and thinking about the navy and navy seals. If I were to start taking a hand to hand combat training class. What type should I take? Krav Maga? Karate? What is the best type to take? Thanks
