Got the sad news late yesterday...not selected for a scholarship. Plan B now in action; at least we know early enough to enact plan B. We'll try for the 2 or 3 year scholarship option. I hope others are getting better news. Good luck to you all through this process!

Well, here's what I'm telling myself so I don't stress out completely: Since Jan 31 was the deadline for the scholarship application, they now have all the apps they're going to get. So now they can really review and compare what they have and make mass decisions. Waiting is so hard!

It looks like there was not much blog activity after last week's announcements. Do you think the avalanche of good news will come soon? Anyone have any words of wisdom for those of us who are going crazy with anticipation?

Does this 3 year scholarship to which you are referring only apply to Army ROTC or is there something similar in the Navy ROTC?

Congratulations! I have noticed lately the NROTC scholarship status page shows "There is a problem with this website's security certificate." I can get around this but not sure if it is safe to do so. Does anyone have advice? I would love to go in and see the status (at least every hour!)
