Friday evening I was accepted to my overall Plan B. I honestly was shocked as I was expecting to be declined there. Because of my expectations I accepted my scholarship to another school. How would one go about trying to transfer the Army ROTC scholarship to another school if possible?

Just out of curiosity... why is it that USNA release denied letters at such a small rate?

Even though it is a long shot, if I just have a JROTC nom, would my instructor be notified or would I have to wait for the portal to update.

Before going to SLE, the Naval Academy was my first choice. Within 5 hours of being there I could not choose between West Point and NA. After the week I was dead set on WP and have been since then. Just my personal experience.

Will MOCs even be notified if the candidate has not won thier slate but was appointed?

Those who do not win slates are placed on the NWL, Congress dictates that of those on the list WP must chose 150 with the highest WCS. After that they can pick whoever they want from the NWL.

Anyone thinking this Thursday? 3Q Letter stated that most appointments would be tendered from 26 Feb to 1 May.
