    Leaving The Naval Academy

    I am currently a sophomore at the Naval Academy from Texas looking to transfer from the academy. Out of high school i was in the top 10% of my class, so do i still automatically get accepted to any Texas college?(Grades are not too hot). Also do I qualify for the Hazlewood Act?
