We have completed everything for the usma application with the exception of the CFA which will be complete in a couple of days. The medical evaluation is not yet open, however. We are concerned about getting it completed in time. Does this section of the application typically open after the CFA?

My son is attending a major university and participating in ROTC. Are University ROTC programs limited as to how many nominations they can submit each year? He just learned that another ROTC cadet is seeking nomination as well.

For college applicants, does admissions wait until your 1st semester transcript is submitted in December before you are triple qualified? DS was 3'qd last year with test scores and HS transcript but I don't know the timing for college applicants.

Has anyone received a VP nomination yet?

Does anyone know if historically those top 150 selected as "qualified alternates" from the NWL have been in the top end of ACT/SAT scores - say ACT 31+ or SAT 1350+. We are wondering if they every make it to the "second tier" say ACT 28 - 30 or SAT 1280+.

If an appointed candidate with a MOC nomination is offered a last-minute place on a recuited team (football, baseball, etc), will the MOC nomination be moved as with other recruited athletes? thus opening another slot on the MOCs slate

Does anyone have an idea why MOC would nominate to only ONE service academy when DS is qualified for all three? We did rank order as required but were hoping to be competitive with all the SAs.
