I have already been awarded an AROTC scholarship, but I'm curious: when the board meets, are the applications randomly assigned to the PMS's that review them, or do the PMS's review each application with their school listed as a school of intent?

If there are any future cadets, scholarship or not, who are going to the University of Arkansas, please say so on this thread.
