Really? That seems like a bit of a far stretch condisering PA has 10 slots available as a state. I'd say just wait it out -- anything is posible until April 16th, or even indoc.

Jmoney457, I am in pretty much the exact same spot as you (as far as the app. process goes). At this point, it is impossible to know whether or not we are on out respective state's lists. I do get the feeling that we will get more information when all applications are reviewed in early March...
