    Should I send in my ACT scores?

    I recommend sending them in because it shows the Academy that you are making an active effort to raise those scores. They like seeing that you are trying to improve yourself.

    They sort plebes prior to I-Day so your performance has nothing to do with what company you will be put into. The Mids currently in the Brigade should be able to see who the incoming plebes in their companies are sometime in the summer. If you know a Mid, they can relay that information to you...

    You're issued mole skin. At least we were. Don't worry about bringing it. As for the boots, I recommend buying another pair, but don't bring them to plebe summer because I doubt you will be allowed to wear them.

    To answer your question honestly, yes, Group 3 majors normally carry a negative connotation by the Brigade. It's nothing personal and not meant to degrade the individuals who are in group 3, but it's easy to jab fun at them for "not being difficult". Don't let that affect your major selection...
