Definitely have the TDap (Tetanus specifically) done. Of all the required vac shots, this has the longest lingering soreness. My DS's arm was sore arm for a week. TB test is another one since no lotion or soap on the test spot for 48 hours and I imagine that BCT will be sweaty and dirty.
