His individual ACT scores do fall within the acceptance range, albeit barely. He did take the SAT as well, same thing. He definitely wants to go active, and they do offer a NG program, but he is worried that he will be "stuck" there and not be able to go active.....that happened with a family...

If he applies for the scholarship and then retakes the ACT, can he update his application?
