Does anyone know what the process is to be an exchange cadet? Do the cadets get to pick which Service Academy they would like, or are they assigned? Just curious...

I spoke to DS this weekend and he says that he only has one more math class due to the validation. He will be taking Probability and Statistics.

I will talk to him after the Flag Raising Ceremony this Saturday and see what guidance he has been given. I didn't realize that there was a New Core Curriculum, or that it changed from year to year. I have so much to learn. Thank you all for your thoughtful responses.

Not sure if this means that he will have to take Calc 2 his first semester, take an elective, or be able to take a lighter lode. Do any of you know?

I actually used the envelope provided and the post office sent it registered, it did charge for the service, but we were able to trace it to the minute that it arrived in the CGA's mailroom. (I think that it cost around $5)

Well, I just received the TWE today via email. It's been a long haul with highs and lows, but I feel glad that I finally have some closure. Good luck to all those still waiting, and congratulations to all those who have received appointments so far!
