At this point, if DS's status still reads Boarded, is it more than likely he has not been awarded a scholarship? I am not sure if they upload winner status's all at once or if they post as they make the decision. Just wondering if anyone knows how this last board will go.

If you declined this scholarship because you want to stay competitive for the 3 or 4 year, are you still supposed to complete the DODMERB and schedule the appointments or should I wait to see if I am awarded and then they will send a new DODMERB form?
