2020 Appointments Can you please tell me what nomination you received? My son is also from Ga and I am wondering if you were on the same nomination slate.

We are from Ga. DS interviewed mid November for Senators and just before Thanksgiving for MOC. Received all 3 nominations between Thanksgiving and last week.

What is the etiquette AFTER a nomination is received? Are thank you notes appropriate? Should DS wait until he knows if he has an appointment/ made his decisions then send a thank you?

My son had an LOA and has been notified that he received all 3 congressional nominations that he applied for. His status has changed to Principal Fully Qualified. Does that mean his BFE will be on the way soon?

We are from GA and I am excited to report that my son received his congressional nomination last Monday from one of our Senators. He will receive his full appointment after his 7th semester grades are in, and those are all good so no worries. :) I am one proud mom!

My son got his LOA email today! We have been waiting and wondering. It is so wonderful to have an LOA in hand. One more MOC interview tomorrow then hopefully the appointment will be official.
