his application was submitted/completed past the due date but he had a partial application that was pending way back. And no statements were ever submitted not like his applicaton to the Coast Guard Academy. I think he submitted his statement during or after his PMS interview. His application...
I would say, Parents (99%). Because my son never knew he had an ROTC scholarship application in place until he had his DODMERB Physicals :biggrin: He is now with VTCC Class of 2013 and loves it...dislikes it...loves it...dislikes it.......you can guess what's coming up next.......... :wink:
If the cadet command board has convened already then it should be a week or so before the results will come out; the wait for VT acceptance will be longer if you are not accepted in the early decision phase.

My son is a freshman at VT AROTC right now and is going home this weekend for the first time since Aug 15. We've been through this process and I know how hard it is playing the waiting game - just be very patient...
I sent Larry a personal e-mail. This is another great news ..... Larry had another RBI(runner batted in). My son Lawrence is heading to Va Tech with AROTC 4 year scholarship to top it off. Let's go Hokies!
