    Congrats on your DS appointment! We were hoping that we would get several from FL2 in. My DS is now headed to FSU and FAMU NROTC. Not sure if he's going to try to reapply because he has 22 college credits from AP courses already so in theory he could commission in 3 years. Best wishes! Go Navy...

    In any large D1 athletic department there will be anywhere from 400-600 student athletes so roughly around 1/4 of them would be incoming freshmen who I assume have to have a nomination as well to be appointed.
