Citizenship consideration for NASS and USNA

I will apply for naturalization myself. It takes about 6 months around my area for the process to be completed. The time schedule is very tight for sure, but I have backup plans if USNA doesn't work out. As for nominations, I know at least one of the MOC requires me to be a U.S. citizen in order...

    NASS acceptance and denies

I am not 18 yet, so as of now, I can't start the process. But yes, I am aware of the latter part of your response. U.S. citizen is not a requirement for NASS. It's only if I am offered an appointment, I must be a U.S. citizen by I-Day.

May I still apply for nominations to my senators and congressman despite I'm not a U.S. citizen (yet)? Or does this vary from senator to senator and congressman to congressman?

I originally planned to take the SAT both in May and June, but my guidance counselor does not recommend taking it back to back, given that I will not have my scores anyways when I take the June SAT. AP exams are also in the week of the May SAT, though for me, the dates do collide. Does anyone...

    Tips and suggestions please?

In terms of extracurricular, I did taekwondo for two years, but I stopped going because I did not like the direction the school was heading (seems to me they care less about teaching now that they have people coming in to sign up regularly. I signed up during the grand opening of the school when...

    Tips and suggestions please?

The problem is that this is the final grade for my World History 2 class last year. I can no longer do anything about it. I'm taking U.S. History this year and I have approximately an A-. In terms of sports, I'm not really expecting to be the captain or even on varsity. I haven't play a sport...

    Tips and suggestions please?

Hello! I am currently a junior in high school, and I'm hoping to enter the Class of 2021 at USNA. I applied to NASS already and now I'm just waiting. I am aware that the whole application process for USNA begins in April, so like many, I am beginning my roller coaster journey. Since the "whole...
