I am not 18 yet, so as of now, I can't start the process. But yes, I am aware of the latter part of your response. U.S. citizen is not a requirement for NASS. It's only if I am offered an appointment, I must be a U.S. citizen by I-Day.

I applied Jan. 26 and just received an email saying I was accepted (Session 3). I thought I was out of the run, but apparently not! Keep your hopes up!

He should have filled that out in the NASS application (among the last few things the application asked for).
